Resolved an on-call production incident by tracing failed permission checks to an automated job, shipping a fix across two services, and confirming recovery through post-release monitoring.
Built a schema-driven analytics API with sorting, multi-column filters and pagination, then shipped matching React table controls. Proved a query-planner fix with a staging control query that failed before the patch and passed after it.

Built a four-service distributed alerting platform in Java and Spring Boot serving 10+ enterprise tenants, integrating Keep.dev orchestration with per-tenant workflow isolation.
Replaced hand-written retry logic across three asynchronous pipelines with Temporal workflows using exponential backoff, retry limits and Continue-As-New.
Added compound MongoDB indexes for three tenant-scoped query patterns, verified with explain plans; standardized error responses across 15+ endpoints with @RestControllerAdvice.
